Yes! I want to be a part of caring for our communities vulnerable seniors by helping to ensure they receive a daily hot meal and wellness check in. SOS Meals on Wheels receives federal funding under the Older Americans Act to help underwrite the cost of preparing and delivering meals but this is less than half of the actual cost of a meal. Seniors are asked to donate if possible toward the cost of the service, however, no senior is denied service based on the inability to donate. Our generous donors help us close the gap between our government funding and the actual cost of serving seniors.

You can support homebound seniors in the following ways:

$63 provides one week of meals for a senior

$252 provides one month of meals for a senior

$1512 provides 6 months of meals for a senior

$3024 provides a full year of meals for a senior

100% of your gift will go directly toward the cost of cooking and delivering meals to seniors.

We welcome gifts in memory of or honor of an individual by providing us with the name and address of the person or persons to notify.  All gifts are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

*Please Note: The cost of meals was increased from $8 to $9 per meal. The increase in the cost per meal reflects a 12.5% increase in the cost of producing and delivering 1,200 daily meals.
